We talk to the people who'll use the product and map the jobs they're trying to get done. Interview notes become a handful of clear insights, and those decide what gets designed first, not assumptions.
Product & UX Design
Interfaces and experiences designed around real user flows - research, UX, UI, and a design system that makes software clear and, crucially, ready to build.

Design that's built to be built
Great product design isn't a pretty mockup - it's a clear, usable interface that engineering can build without guesswork. We design around what users are actually trying to do, then hand off a system the build team can move fast on.
We cover the whole design layer: research and UX to get the structure right, UI to make it feel considered, a component-based design system so it stays consistent as it grows, and clickable prototypes to validate before anyone writes code.
Because we also build, our designs are grounded in what's actually shippable - no beautiful screens that quietly cost twice as much to engineer.
Core benefits
What this delivers
- Designed around real user flows, not assumptions
- A reusable design system, so the product stays consistent
- Clickable prototypes to validate before you build
- Handoff-ready specs and tokens engineering can build from
- Grounded in what's actually shippable
- Runs as a sprint, or as phase one of a full build
How we take a product from user research to build-ready screens.
Follow one booking flow from interview notes to the files engineers build from. Scroll through the process, or switch the fidelity to see the same screens as wireframes, UI or a clickable prototype.
Insights become a user flow: every step someone takes to finish a task. We wireframe those screens in greyscale first, so the structure and the path through it are right before any visual design.
Each screen is built from layers: a layout grid, components from the design system, real content and the interactions on top. The result is accessible, on-brand UI that stays consistent as the product grows.
The screens are linked into a clickable prototype, and we watch real users and stakeholders try to complete the flow. Where they hesitate, we fix the design, while changes are still cheap and nothing has been built.
Engineering gets organized Figma files, the design system's tokens and components, and specs for every state. Because we build products too, designs stay grounded in what's shippable, so nothing needs reverse-engineering.

Everything below is part of the engagement - scoped up front, with no line item held back for a later upsell.
User research & discovery
We learn who the users are and what they're trying to do before designing a single screen.
Learn moreUX & information architecture
Flows, wireframes, and structure - the skeleton that makes the product make sense.
Learn moreUI design
High-fidelity, accessible interface design that feels considered and on-brand.
Learn moreDesign systems
A reusable component and token library so the product stays consistent as it scales.
Learn moreRapid prototyping
Clickable prototypes to pressure-test the idea with real users and stakeholders early.

Common questions.
Still unsure about something? Ask us directly - we'll give you a straight answer.
Can you design without building it?
Yes. We run product/UX design as a standalone engagement and hand off clean Figma files, a design system, and specs your own team can build from.
Do you do design systems?
Yes - a reusable component and token library is part of how we work, so the product stays consistent and faster to build as it grows.
How is design priced?
As a fixed-scope sprint, or as the first phase of a full build. Either way you get a fixed price after a short scoping call - no open-ended hourly billing.
